How it works
Every recipient verifies their own identity before anything downloads; no forwarded links, no anonymous access. Sharing with a client or opposing counsel means sharing with them, not with whoever ends up holding the URL.
Files are scanned before they reach a recipient, in both directions. The intake document from a new client gets the same treatment as the settlement agreement going out.
Who accessed what, when, and from where, recorded for every share and every file. When a matter turns contentious, the firm can show exactly where a document went and prove where it didn't.
Shares expire on schedule instead of living forever in an inbox. Retention follows firm policy automatically, and legal holds preserve files and their access history for as long as the matter demands.
